3 Duathlons at Kirkistown Race Track. Pick 1.5-7.5-1.5 or 3-15-3 mile or 10K-40K-5K run-bike-run distances on a smooth, flat 1.5 mile full lap circuit with unique transition area inside the car bays along the pit lane. The ideal venue to race or spectate.
10, 5 and 2km distances all starting and finishing at the back gate of Tannaghmore Gardens. The route will take you around the picturesque Craigavon City Park and Lakes and is fairly flat - ideal for both beginners and those pursuing a PB!
6.5 laps of the National Trust grounds at NE16 6BG. A very undulating event. Start time is 10a.m. and you can keep the 24 hour runners company for up to 7 hours.

The challenging 17 mile route includes 6500 feet of ascent and starts and finishes at the Scafell Hotel, Rosthwaite.
The race begins with a full lap of the games field before heading towards the hill. 3.5 miles.
A 42 mile point-to-point ultramarathon along the West Highland Way trail through the highlands of Scotland from Tyndrum to Fort William. The Devil o' the Highlands race was first run in 2003 making it the second oldest ultramarathon in Scotland.
Stage 1 and 3 are hilly road race loops of 5-6 miles approx based in Churchill with stage 2 a hilly time trial and Stage 4 a criterium in Letterkenny. If you like hills you have come to hill heaven. Event is open to boys and girls aged 10-16.
Join us as we set-off on an epic 50-Mile journey around the sleeping giant that is The Epynt Way! With the Brecon Beacons to the South and the Cambrian Mountains to the North, the terrain is epic and views quite simply breathtaking.

The Harvest Hobble is a 26 or 13 mile walk or run on footpaths, tracks and some minor roads in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It follows part of the Viking Way as well as some lesser used paths. Participants are allowed up to 10 hours to complete the route.

The course is scenic and slightly undulating along Knowle Lane to Baynards Farm Estate entrance and onto Downs Link for the run to the FINISH In Snoxhall Playing Field. The ‘Downs Link’ is well maintained by the Surrey CC and Waverley BC.

We are hosting a 50 mile Ultra Marathon in and around the Furness Peninsula. This route will start and finish on Walney Island and will take in part of the Cumbria Coastal Way, the Cumbrian way and the Walney to Whitby trail.

This route has been chosen because it's a great opportunity to explore the Peak District National Park. The race will start from Hope where it will take you straight on to the majestic Win Hill, which will lead you into the heart of the Peak District.
The Gower Coastal Races are three long distances trail races following the Wales Coastal Path in the Gower AONB. You will pass stunning beaches, amazing bays, tiny coves, farmland, fishing villages and amazing views from start to finish.
This is a one-lap course (half marathon) or two laps (marathon), with bonus additional alternative lap (ultra) traffic free course on forest trails. It will be clearly marked.

The event is 24 x 4.2 mile laps that start on the hour. Individuals or teams of 4 complete as many of the laps they want building distance up to 100 miles.

An adventure for all ultra-racers, with options to suit first timers all the way to elite athletes. The route runs through the best of the White and Dark Peak District over classic, inspiring trails.
The Hardwolds 80 route follows the Wolds Way from Hessle to Filey passing through chalk landscapes with dry valleys and stunning wildlife alongside market Towns and ancient villages such as Brantingham, Londesborough, Thixendale and Wharram Percy.
The Clowne Half Marathon is an undulating course running from Clowne centre through the surrounding villages returning to Clowne. Important Information: The Clowne Half Marathon will now start at 9 am, not as originally planned at 9.30 am.
The Kong Mini Mountain Marathon series 2019 comprises of four x 4 hour fell running & navigation score events in North Wales, the Peak District and the Lake District. Best 3 results count towards a final league score with great prizes.
6th year of the relay, last year 87 teams entered. The event is set in the Lee Mill Quarry site, for teams of four runners. All four runners will run individual over a hard and demanding 10.7k flagged course.
A full weekend of running and coaching sessions led by record breaking fell runners Nicky Spinks and Ben Mounsey on Saturday. Nicky is also a UKA Coach. Sunday you will get chance to practice your new skills on a guided run.
Two x circular routes of approximately 12.5 miles and one of 5 miles in the heart of the Welsh countryside on public rights of way. Detailed route instructions supplied on day. Refreshments are included.
