To celebrate 10 years of Due North Trail Races in 2027, we’re making the Burnsall event even more inclusive by opening our beautiful 13-mile Half Marathon route to walkers too!
With a 8:00am start, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the route at your own pace, taking in the stunning Yorkshire Dales scenery without the pressure of running.
You’ll follow the same Half Marathon route, which is fully way marked so no need to know the route. Support of our marshals and drinks stations along the way with fruit and biscuits, before finishing back at Burnsall.
Whether you’re a regular hill walker, fancy taking on a new challenge, or simply want to experience one of our trail race routes without having to run it, this is a lovely way to be part of the day.
All walkers must carry:

Waterproof trousers
