Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry with discretionary discount codes available as below: Individual entrants aged 16-21 are invited to use the discretionary discount code SpunchZoom50. This will provide a 50% discount on the applicable entry fee. Intended for students in full time education or on very low or zero income. Entrants aged 22-25 are invited to use the young adult discount code Spunch25. This will provide a 25% discount on the applicable entry fee intended for young adults just starting out in life with low resources. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Spunch! Is a big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome. Run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! 60, 90 and 120 min course duration
options (you can choose on the evening itself).
The event is open to all and we are delighted to be staging this one from Wallop, Knutsford in association with Knutsford Runners . Checkpoints will be located near to the best residential and town Christmas lights that Knutsford has to offer🎄🎄
Visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, Satellite punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch. With over 80 SpunchPoints to go for - how many will you bag?
For runners, walkers, friends & families. Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. We can usually pair you up on the day if you prefer not to go alone. Lots of help available for newbies. Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
On-site Registration opens at 5.30pm and you can start anytime from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. (Last start for 120 min course 6.30am. Last start for 90 min course 7pm). One of our Xmas Lights Specials so we would love to see your best Christmas outfits on show!
Final details and the MapRun course are usually published to all entrants on the day before the event.

Parking, Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Results, Food & Drink all at or very near the venue.
The Area & Course
The course will include the varied urban areas of Knutsford along with local footpaths and rights of way. A mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to off-road trails*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
Hope you will come along and give it a go. *total absence of mud can not be guaranteed!
