Start window: Anytime from 10:00 to 14:30 on Friday, Saturday or Sunday 20th-22nd November (Make a weekend of it! The Spunch at Kendal Mountain Festival can also be paired with a full-fat hill-country Spunch with 1, 2 & 3 hour courses from Windermere on the Sunday morning - see separate SiEntries listing HERE for further details).
Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a friends / family group of 3 or more.
