This is a road ultra marathon, starting by the Cuan at Strangford, runners will follow the coast towards Killyleagh, Whiterock, Comber, Newtownards, Kircubbin and finish at Portaferry. It’s 0.6 miles by ferry but we will take the scenic route which is 54!
Part of SEOUL and UKUL. Based around the “Alive Lynnsport” leisure complex (North Lynn) with all facilities included. The area comprises a variety of different types of housing estate, with small alley ways. Most of the course is on hard surfaces.

This is absolute gem of a 10k route, starting and ending in Druridge Bay Country Park. The run is on gravel tracks, grass, tarmac and firm sand, along the beautiful Druridge Bay beach. The Junior run is once around the paths of the Druridge Bay Lake.

The Midnight Mountain Marathon is no ordinary marathon. Set in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons, the course takes you through forests, over streams, past waterfalls and up mountains.
The Norn Iron 100 mile Ultra. Running along the iconic Ulster Way, the Causeway Coast, Giants Causeway and the Sperrins. Starting in Ballycastle, finishing in Gortin, this is a Multi-terrain course, including bogland, trail, forestry, road and beach.

A UKUL long urban event, start/finish on the city-centre Northumbria University campus. Courses head eastwards over the central motorway towards Ouseburn through streets new to orienteering. Varied terrain includes historic lanes, parks and steep valleys.

The 3rd outing for TACH's Mendip Summer Race, featuring the very best of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this lovely 10k race is not to be missed. A challenging 10k-ish route of Mendip mud, strenuous climbs, fab views and a thunderous descent.
If Carlsberg did 10ks... Starting and finishing on one of the best beaches in Cornwall, the 10k trail race then does a stunning coastal loop of Pentire headland!
The Ladybower trail Marathon takes in two complete circuits of the larger reservoirs (Howden and Derwent) plus one lap of the smaller reservoir (Ladybower).

The Caffeine Bullet Flip Flop 5k World Championships. Coast Cafe, Worthing. Starting at 1800. Entry includes flip flops and chip timing.
The Turnhouse Hill race (5.2kms, 310 metres) is a traditional hill race suited for all runners with hill running experience. Although relatively short, the main ascent and descent to/from the summit are steep so hill shoes are advised.

Go ahead, make my day - This Wild Horse is settling in the lesser known heartlands of Wales. This is the second of our 200 mile series. The Heart of Wales Line, Offa's Dyke, the Glyndwr's Way, the Severn Way, the Wye Valley Walk - this event has the lot!
The Grindleford Fell Race takes place over a 4.5 miles route starting on the playing fields. The route takes you up through Hay Wood, the Longshore Estate and back through Padley Gorge. Start 19:30.
10k Trail Race in the grounds of Kiplin Hall. The route takes in formal gardens, grassland & lakeside paths. A compact course set entirely within an enclosed estate: this is a perfect beginner’s race, or a mid-week outing for more experienced runners!

In the heart of the Peak District, Great Longstone Chase is a 7.7 km race that climbs a total of 290m onto Longstone Edge with stunning views. The runs starts at 6.30 p.m. from the recreation ground in the middle of the village.
