To get a pre-selection list ticket just book as normal. No payment is required at this stage as there is no guarantee of being offered a place. If the Event Organiser is able to offer you a place they will send you an email inviting you to book. You will then be asked to come back to this site and make your payment to confirm your ticket. Castle Green Hotel, Kendal : 6.30pm for 7.30pm 

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to attend the bi-annual Club Dinner. As always the evening’s centrepiece will be the presentation of Certificates of membership to all the folk who’ve completed the Bob Graham Round in the last two years.

After a three course Dinner of slow cooked beef with a vegetarian alternative we will present Certificates before dancing to ceilidh band Rascal Fayre, with a Bar til midnight. As always this is an occasion to meet up with old friends and to make new ones. 

We ask that you initially express your interest in attending the dinner by making a provisional booking on SiEntries.  We will collect all the information required including menu options and dietary requirements but we will not request a payment.  If there is more interest than we can accommodate, we will manage a ballot that focuses on those receiving certificates for 2024/2025 completions.

Please, only make a provisional booking for yourself plus a maximum of one guest.  If you request more places, your provisional booking may not make it through a ballot, should one be necessary.  We can reassure you that if you are successful, an invitation will be sent to you and your guest.  If we are oversubscribed then we will look at a similar presentation as soon as possible for those who miss out.
