Tour des Marches Challenge Walk

Please accept my entry for the Tour des Marches 2022 which is organised by the Marches Group of the Long Distance Walkers Association and held under the auspices of the Association, in accordance with the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations (1996).

• I have read, understood and accept the advice and conditions set out in the Event Details and am aware of and accept the natural and normal risks inherent in such an event.
• As a willing participant, I recognise that I am responsible for my own actions and involvement.
• I further accept that the Organiser cannot accept responsibility for any financial loss or personal inconvenience if the event is cancelled, whether or not it has been possible to give prior notice before the morning of the event.
• I undertake to follow the advice and directions of Officials on the day, particularly any instruction to retire and appreciate that I will be disqualified for any infringement of the Countryside Code, for not having any of the specified clothing and equipment and for not adhering to Public Rights of Way over all enclosed land.
