Cornwall’s Backyard Ultra

I accept the following Terms and Conditions for my own entry. If entering for another runners I declare that I have made them aware of these Terms and Conditions and they accept them.

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. 

I declare that, to my knowledge, my fitness allows me to complete in this event and will advise the race organisers if there are any current medical conditions which I feel they should be aware of. I will also ensure that such details are noted on the back of the race number in the medical template. I am aware this is an open road course and I will therefore abide by the highway code at all times and act responsibly at all times to ensure the safety of myself and other road users. 

I understand and accept that NO REFUNDS will be payable for any reason what-so-ever.
However, transfers of places are possible up until the date outlined on entry and I agree that if I am transferring my place this can only to be done through SiEntries so that the event organisers have the full details of the new runner taking my place.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in any race entry and results listing. 

I am aware that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and may be used on websites and social media in the future to represent and promote this race.
