British Sprint & Middle Distance Champs

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them.

The event will be staged under the British Orienteering Rules (PDF) and participants will agree to abide by these rules and follow the instuctions of the event Organisers throughout.

Orienteering is an adventure sport.  Participants will understand the risks of orienteering and thereby take part at their own risk and be responsible for their own safety during the event. Parents will be responsible for their children and ensure that they are entered on an appropriate course for their age, ability and conditions on the day.

I have read and understand the measures put in place to protect against Coronavirus. I agree to adhere to these and any related safety instructions on the day. I understand that there is a small but increased risk of infection when taking part in any group sport and I accept this risk.

I agree that the Organisers may publish some of my Personal Information and may pass on such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for ligitimate or legal purposes such as insurance. Results may be published either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events and may include (but not be limited to) name, club affiliation, race times and age category.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

I accept  that the organisers reserve the right to retain all or part of the entry fees should the event have to be cancelled or curtailed.  I also accept the refunds policy as detailed here.
