This option allows you to cancel your whole entry. If you wish to cancel your entry for just one day then please contact us at [email protected]

• Cancellations up until the final closing date (Tuesday 11th April) will receive a full refund minus 10% admin fee (90% refund).
• Cancellations after Closing up until Monday 1st May will receive a 50% refund
• We regret that no refunds of entry fees will be possible after this date.
• Competitors may only cancel their entry if the event itself has not been curtailed or cancelled.

Please note that Donations to the JROS are non-refundable.

In the event that one or both events has to be cancelled or curtailed, we will  provide you with a refund minus any unrecoverable costs as per BO Policy for major events.
