- I accept the hazards inherent in off-road/trail running and acknowledge that I am entering and running/walking this race at my own risk and am responsible for my own safety during the event. These hazards include rough and uneven ground, such as rocks, mud, tree roots, and wet grass, together with steep climbs and descents, and that some sections are rural and remote from road access.
- I confirm that I am aware of the rules imposed on me by the Event Organiser and that I will comply with them.
- I confirm that I have read and will comply with the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules: http://www.runningclubs.org.uk/ARC_rules.pdf
- I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for determining whether I have the fitness, skills and am suitably equipped to participate in this event, both prior to the start and during the event itself.
- I accept that neither the Event Organisers, 1st Nanpantan Scout Group, nor the Association of Running Clubs shall be liable to me for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of my participation in this event (other than in respect of death or personal injury as a result of their negligence).
- I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.
- I confirm that I will abide by the event COVID Code of Conduct, as required.
