(Normal entry fees apply for all others - please do not use this code if you are not a student or member of staff at Keele - we will be checking!) Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Thursday early evening Sunset Spunch from the Keele Postgrad Association (KPA) Clubhouse, 97 Horwood Hall, Keele University Campus, Keele ST5 5DY.
A rare opportunity for an early Autumn Spunch around the green and interesting Keele University Campus / Estate with kind permission and support from Keele University Sport, Keele University Estate, Keele SU & the KPA.
Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at the KPA Clubhouse. Parking available very nearby - all free after 5pm.
60, 90 and 120 min course duration options (you can choose on the evening itself).
One of our late summer / early autumn Sunset Spunch Series - making the most of the midweek evening daylight before the clocks go back. Get an early start and try to beat the dark or enjoy the sun setting before you return in increasingly fading light (hi vis clothing & torch necessary for later starters).

Just 10mins from M6 J15 & 20 mins from M6 J16, Keele University is very convenient for the Potteries, Crewe & Nantwich, Sandbach, Congleton, Leek, Stone, Stafford, Market Drayton & Whitchurch etc.
An excellent and frequent bus service (Bus 25) operates until late into the evening between Hanley - Stoke - Newcastle - Keele Uni.
Suitable for all ages & abilities - run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Newcomers and locals always very welcome - lots of help available for newbies. Great for friends and families to do together. Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 5pm & 7pm. (Last start for 120min course 630pm). Registration open from 445pm.
Beat the dark! Catch the Sunset! Sunset will be around 7pm and it will be dark from just after 735pm. Earlier starters may have the advantage of daylight throughout! Wear hi-visibility clothing and bring a torch / head torch if you expect to be still out after 7pm!
Using a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
The campus and wider estate surroundings has some beautiful trails to run / walk along! Some through woodland, along waterside paths, or across meadows*. Then there is the network of paths weaving their way through and between campus buildings providing some interesting route choice dilemmas! Even those familiar with the campus will likely discover new paths and places!
The KPA Club House will provide a warm welcome with a great vibe and excellent Food & Drink available after your run / walk. The Club House has both indoor and outdoor eating and drinking areas with a lovely south west facing aspect - fingers crossed for some early evening September sunshine! The Club House is child & dog friendly.
With over 60 Spunchpoints to go for including some "special feature" Spunchpoints - how many will you bag?
