Start window: 430pm to 730pm Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Being in the School Summer Holiday period, and with an extended "family friendly" start window of 430pm to 730pm, it is a good one to get the kids outside in the fresh air too.
60, 90 and 120 min score course options (choose on the night itself).
Just 5 mins from M54 J5. Especially convenient for Wellington, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Newport, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth & Much Wenlock etc. Lots of convenient town centre parking.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Newcomers and locals always very welcome. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 430pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90min course 7pm, last start for 120min course 630pm). Registration open from 430pm.
Navigating with a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
Another great new venue and area for Spunch! Come and discover the great running and walking through Telford's many (many) green spaces. Part town and part trail, we will take you to all the nicest bits. From Town Park, Randlay, Stirchley Pools, the Silkin Way to maybe as far south as Little Dawley & Castle Pool. Great running and walking through woodland and on waterside paths and all (mostly) on good surfaces*, there will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
The Wrekin Giant will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk with both indoor and outdoor areas to relax, eat and drink in. Its central location provides immediate access to Telford Town Park and many other green spaces within the town. With a great selection of beers, soft drinks and a wide range of good food options, there is something for everyone. The venue is child & dog friendly.
