The Spelga Skyline is a NIMRA Championship Long race. The course follows a circuit of the mountains surrounding Spelga Reservoir in the Mourne Mountains. See the BARF website for a detailed description of the course.

Parking : Free in the NI Water works area below the dam, as indicated on the map below.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PUBLIC CAR PARK opposite the toilets.
Rules & Kit : This race will be run under Athletics NI rules. The minimum safety kit to be carried will be as described on the FRA website : FRA requirements 2025
Coronavirus : There are currently no restrictions on events however we would ask that participants continue to exercise caution to limit the spread of Covid and any other infectious diseases.
Withdrawals : are allowed up to the closing date and will be refunded the entry fee minus £3 to cover costs. You can do this yourself via SI Entries or contact us.
Event cancellation : If we have to cancel the event for whatever reason we will refund the entry fee minus £3 to cover costs.
