*If you are entering a family and it comes to more than £25 (£30 for non-member) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.
SI timing card hire is free but are charged at replacement cost £30 if lost.
As per previous years there will be a BBQ on Saturday evening and camping is available. Charges are as below:

Parking is free – in the lower Scout Field
Registration – Will be at the LVO MOO (trailer) in the lower Scout Field. Please arrive just in time to prepare and proceed to the Start. If you are using your own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected from the Organiser at registration.
Starts – The start will be about 100m from Registration. Start times are in 15min blocks with up to 15 runners per block.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to Download at the MOO and then disperse for social distancing.

If you have a condition that makes you Clinically Vulnerable, please follow current government and medical advice before registering.
If you need to withdraw your entry due to Coronavirus restrictions we will refund your entry fee on request.
In the the event that regulations change and we have to cancel the event we will refund entry fees .
SI Air will be enabled on controls - so SIACs may be used. However, it is up to individuals to ensure that their SIACs are working before the event and that they beep at each control. Some controls may be dib punching only.
