Please Note - that this is a new type of cycling event - there is no start time or event numbers - no registration - no marshals - no feed staions - no medical support - no route marking arrows or signage - a cross between Sportive and Audax rides using modern technology
A great ride full of varying South Lakes scenery - rolling green fells - distant mountains - leafy forests - remote lanes - coastal flats and sea shores
This route is right on our doorstep and includes some of our favourite places ride our bikes and through our home town of Carnforth
Quiet roads and country lanes are followed for the ride - not only through the fringes of The Lake District National Park (now a World Heritage Site) but also the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
Stunning scenery, short but challenging ascents, sea shores and breath taking views across Morecambe Bay are all part of this great event
