Some of the options for this event are not currently available so waiting lists are being used for these options. To get a waiting list entry for one of these options just enter as normal. No payment is required at this stage as there is no guarantee of being offered a place. If the Event Organiser is able to offer you a place they will send you an email inviting you to enter. DEVON COAST TO COAST ULTRA (recces 2026)
We are planning a series of recce days on the Devon Coast to Coast route (Two Moors Way). Each one will be roughly a marathon in distance with transport and support included. It will be a good chance to familiarise yourself with the route, meet other people and get some tips on navigation, kit and anything else.
Each day, we'll have an agreed meeting location and you'll be taken to the start point. The minibus will meet you at least twice each day, so you can prepare a bag with extra food and clothing. You'll be accompanied by a member of our event safety team with extensive knowledge of the route. Pace for this will be approximately 6-8kmph (4-5mph). The minibus will take you back to the meeting location at the end of each day.
Planned dates are as follows:
Day 1 - Thursday 8th January, Wembury - Scorriton
Day 2 - Thursday 12th February, Scorriton - Hittisleigh
Day 3 - Thursday 5th March, Hittisleigh to Yeo Mill
Day 4 - Saturday 28th March, Yeo Mill to Lynmouth
There will be 12 places available for this. You can join us for just one day, a few, or all of them. This will initially be offered to people who have already signed up for the 2026 DC2C and others later if any places remain.
