Start window: 5pm to 730pm Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Tuesday evening Sunset Spunch from The Shropshire Golf Centre, Muxton Lodge, Muxton Ln Telford TF2 8PQ. For runners, walkers, friends & families. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome.
A big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. We can usually pair you up on the night if you prefer not to go alone. Lots of help available for newbies.
Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Parking, Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at or very near the venue.
60, 90 and 120 min course duration options (you can choose on the evening itself).
One of our autumn Sunset Spunch Series - making the most of the midweek evening daylight before the clocks go back. Get an early start and try to beat the dark, enjoy the sun setting before you return in increasingly fading light or go completely nocturnal! (Hi vis clothing & torch necessary if you are still going to be out after 615pm at this one)

Within 10-15 mins from M54 J4-J7. 35 mins from M6 J13-14. Especially convenient for Telford, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Newport, Stafford, Penkridge, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth & Much Wenlock etc.
Catch the Spunch Train: Telford Central Train Station is a 10 min cab / Uber ride away from the venue.
Start at your convenience anytime between 5pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90 min course is 715pm, last start for 120 min course 645pm). Registration open from 5pm.
Using a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
Our first visit to the The Shropshire and it will be for a part-daylight / part-dark Spunch. All-new territory for us in a gently undulating area with an excellent network of paths both on and off-road.
Come and discover the paths and tracks in the semi-rural areas around North East Telford - Muxton, Donnington Wood, Wrockwardine Wood & Oakengates. Good running / walking on a mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to woodland paths*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
The Shropshire event venue will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk with both indoor and outdoor areas to relax, eat and drink in. With a great selection of food and drinks available. The venue is child & dog friendly.
