Start window: 5pm to 730pm Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Monday evening Sunset Spunch from the White Hart, 10 Wharfage, Ironbridge, Telford TF8 7AW. For runners, walkers, friends & families. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome.
A big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. We can usually pair you up on the night if you prefer not to go alone. Lots of help available for newbies.
Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at the venue. Parking available nearby.
60, 90 and 120 min course duration options (you can choose on the evening itself).
One of our autumn Sunset Spunch Series - making the most of the midweek evening daylight before the clocks go back. Get an early start and try to beat the dark, enjoy the sun setting before you return in increasingly fading light or go completely nocturnal! (Hi vis clothing & torch necessary if you are still going to be out after 645pm at this one)

Some high points with great vistas for a potentially spectacular sunset in this area.
Within 10-15 mins from M54 J4-J7. Especially convenient for Telford, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Newport, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock & Church Stretton etc.
Catch the Spunch Train: Telford Central Train Station is a 15 min cab / Uber ride away from the venue.
Start at your convenience anytime between 5pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90 min course is 715pm, last start for 120 min course 645pm). Registration open from 5pm.
Using a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
Our first visit to the White Hart & Ironbridge and it will be for a part-daylight / part-dark Spunch. All-new territory for us in an area with an excellent trail network with no shortage of potential ups & downs!
Come and discover the paths and tracks in and around the Ironbridge Gorge and Coalbrookdale. Part semi-urban and part trail, we will take you on some interesting paths through woodland, valleys, riverside and hill tops. A mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to technical paths* - some ascent is almost inevitable to score really well, though there will be some more sympathetic route options too! Will you cross the Iron Bridge? There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
The White Hart will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk with both indoor and outdoor areas to relax, eat and drink in. With a great selection of food and drinks available. The venue is child & dog friendly.
