Double Sprint around the Reaseheath College campus. Long and Short sprints available, 2 x 2.5km and 2 x 1.7km approximately. Run your first course, download and rest, then run your second course. Your result is the total of your two runs. Please make sure you start your second course with enough time to complete it before the course closure time!
For beginners and newcomers we have easy White (short) and Yellow (slightly longer) courses to try out.
NW Urban League: Enter your Urban League class - see class to course mapping below. If you wish to run a shorter course than your age class (or do not wish to compete in the League), please enter the Other category of your chosen course.

Parking and Event Centre: Reaseheath College, Nantwich (2.3km walk from Nantwich railway station).
Starts: 13:00 - 15:00. Just join the queue (if any) for your chosen course when you are ready to start.
Courses close at 16:00.
Fees:
• Standard rate: Over 21 £6.00, Under 21/Students £2.50 until 23:59 on 29 September
• Late rate: £8.00/£2.50, subject to availability of maps, up to 18:00 on 3 October
