Start window: 430pm to 730pm THE FINAL DETAILS HAVE NOW BEEN ISSUED BY EMAIL TO ALL THAT HAVE ENTERED SO FAR. THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE VIA THE ORANGE BUTTON ABOVE. LATE ENTRIES AND ON THE DAY ENTRIES ARE WELCOMED AND WE DO PRINT SPARE MAPS FOR SUCH LATE ENTRIES. IT IS STILL BEST TO USE THIS ON LINE ENTRY SYSTEM EVEN IF ENTERING ON THE DAY! ON LINE ENTRIES MAY CLOSE EARLY IF THE MAPS RUN OUT! Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

A summer evening Spunch - making the most of the midweek evening daylight. Sunset @ 20:28. Civil Twilight until 21:05
Being in the School Summer Holiday period, and with an extended "family friendly" start window of 430pm to 730pm, it is a good one to get the kids outside in the fresh air too.
60, 90 and 120 min score course options (choose on the night itself).
Just 20 mins from M54 J7. Especially convenient for Telford, Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Church Stretton, Welshpool, Oswestry, Whitchurch, & Market Drayton etc.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Newcomers and locals always very welcome. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 430pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90min course 715pm, last start for 120min course 645pm). Registration open from 430pm.
Navigating with a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
Another great new venue and area for Spunch! Come and discover the paths and trails in and around the delightful market town of Shrewsbury. Part town and part trail, we will take you to the nicest bits and green spaces. Shrewsbury has it all - historic town centre, narrow alleys, riverside trails, footpaths galore and optional contours! Mostly on good surfaces*, there will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
The Armoury will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk with both indoor and outdoor areas to relax, eat and drink in. It is in a central riverside location - with immediate access to the town centre, The Quarry Park, and the network of riverside trails. With a great selection of beers, soft drinks and a wide range of good food options, there is something for everyone. The venue is child & dog friendly.
