Start window: 5pm to 730pm THE FINAL DETAILS HAVE NOW BEEN ISSUED BY EMAIL TO ALL THAT HAVE ENTERED SO FAR. THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE VIA THE ORANGE BUTTON ABOVE. LATE ENTRIES AND ON THE DAY ENTRIES ARE WELCOMED AND WE DO PRINT SPARE MAPS FOR SUCH LATE ENTRIES. IT IS STILL BEST TO USE THIS ON LINE ENTRY SYSTEM EVEN IF ENTERING ON THE DAY! ON LINE ENTRIES MAY CLOSE EARLY IF THE MAPS RUN OUT! Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Thursday evening Sunset Spunch from Station South Cycle Cafe & Bar, 975-977 Stockport Rd, Levenshulme, Manchester M19 3NP.
One of our late summer / early autumn Sunset Spunch Series - making the most of the midweek evening daylight before the clocks go back. Get an early start and try to beat the dark or enjoy the sun setting before you return in increasingly fading light (hi vis clothing & torch necessary for later starters).
Sunset @ 19:50. Civil Twilight until 20:26
The usual 60, 90 and 120 min score course options (choose on the night itself).
Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at Station South. Evening Spunch for runners & walkers, friends & families. Dog friendly too.
Just 10 mins from M60 J1 & J26/27. About 30 mins from M6/M56 & M6/M62 interchanges. Very convenient for anywhere on the M60 ring road and especially convenient for central Manchester, Didsbury, Chorlton, Wythenshawe, Cheadle, Bramhall, Stockport, Marple, Romiley and Hyde etc.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Newcomers and locals always very welcome. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 5pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90min course 715pm, last start for 120min course 645pm). Registration open from 5pm.
Beat the dark! Catch the Sunset! Sunset will be around 750pm and it will be dark from 820pm. Earlier starters may have the advantage of daylight throughout! Wear hi-visibility clothing and bring a torch / head torch if you expect to be still out after 745pm!
Navigating with a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
From a great new venue for us, the cafe bar gives immediate access to the off-road Fallowfield Loop. From the start you might find yourself exploring Levenshulme's green corridors and urban snickets through and between some nice parkland areas - Maybe Highfield Country Park & Fallowfield Brook? Maybe Bluebell Green and further north to Nutsford Vale Park? Not a hilly one this one and generally good conditions underfoot*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
Station South will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk with both indoor and outdoor areas to relax, eat and drink in. With a great selection of beers and other drinks and a good range of food at sensible prices, there is something for everyone. The venue is fully accessible, child friendly & dog friendly too.

Catch the Spunch Train or Bus: Just 500m from Levenshulme Train Station and being on numerous bus routes, Station South is easy to get to by public transport.
