NAVIGATION
The Route will be marked with Glow Sticks and marshalled.
Sorry to state the obvious but THIS IS A RACE IN THE DARK so a head torch/torch is compulsory
waterproof Jacket, hat and gloves are also compulsory. The route can be very exposed to the elements even in July
