Are you ready for an unforgettable adventure on two wheels through some of the lesser-known parts of South Wales? Join us for our inaugural off-road bike packing event launching in May 2024.
Riders will have the option of riding a 500km off-road/on-road route with over 11,000m of ascent or for those seeking a shorter but equally thrilling challenge, we offer a 200km route option starting a day later and finishing in the same location. This route will follow the same path as the 500km route up to the Black Mountains, where it will then divert and head into the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. Along the way, you'll conquer the iconic Brecon Gap and lesser-known Sarn Helen.
This isn't just any cycling event – it's a bike-packing adventure that is suitable for mountain or gravel bikes and will test your endurance, determination and resilience. You'll need to be self-supported, self sufficient, carrying all the essentials on your bike.
