The Headstock

At All Mountain Adventures, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise which require a refund or a transfer. Please review the following refund policy for our Headstock 500 and 200 Off Road Cycling Event:

1. Xcover Refund Protection: We have partnered with Xcover to offer refund protection for illness, injury, and unforeseen circumstances. Participants are advised to review and understand the terms and conditions provided by Xcover.

2. Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for any purchases made. However, we do provide the option to transfer entry from one person to another, but this must be requested at least 8 weeks before the start date of the event. If you wish to proceed with an entry transfer, please contact us via email to discuss the process further.

3. Refunds for Trackers: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for any tracking devices or related services purchased for the event. Once purchased, these items are non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds
