The Pilgrimage Walk

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Entries must be made using the official entry system SiEntries.
2. Persons aged between 14 and 18 and vulnerable adults may take part as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Walkers wishing to retire must do so at a manned checkpoint.
4. The Trust reserves the right to:
   a) refuse any entry or require walkers to retire for any reason especially safety
   b) postpone or cancel the walk if weather conditions justify such action
   c) disqualify any walker infringing the Country Code or taking inappropriate routes
5. Walkers taking part in the event do so entirely at their own risk. The organisers and the Abbey Cvvmhir Heritage Trust cannot accept responsibility for any loss injury or damage suffered by any person taking part in the event; nor for any loss, financial or otherwise sustained if the event has to be cancelled.
6. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
7. Walkers must be properly equipped or they will be refused entry on the day.
8. Walkers may join the event at Abbeycwmhir and pay for additional transport costs or join us at Strata Florida.
9. Walkers should be prepared to walk in groups of at least three if the organisers deem it necessary due to weather conditions on the day, but will be required to walk in groups of at least three between Check Point 2 Teifi Pools and Check Point 3 Pont ar Elan.
10. No Entries will be accepted on the day.
11. We reserve the right to cancel the event by Monday 20th June and all fees will be refunded.
12. This event is open to runners.
