I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:
We have read the Rules of the Event and we agree to abide by them. We accept that the decisions made by the event organisers and marshals will be final and we agree to abide by them. We have also read the Event Safety Plan and we understand the risks and dangers associated with this type of event and we declare that we will be fully fit and competent to take part. We accept full responsibility for our own safety and we will not do anything during the event to endanger ourselves or others. We accept that the organisers and partners of the event are not liable for any injury or damage sustained by either ourselves or our property during the event.
We accept that the organisers will not be liable for any incidental costs incurred by the participants, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation and/or other costs.
We have read and understand the measures put in place to protect against Coronavirus. We agree to adhere to these and any related safety instructions on the day. We understand that there is a small but increased risk of infection when taking part in any group sport and we accept this risk.
We have read the Privacy notice on the mourne2day website and we undertand and agree to how our our personal data will be held and used for organising of the event and thereafter.
