Disclaimer
I am a Participant and acknowledge that by participating in the Event, I agree to the terms below and the Conditions, which include details of my cancellation rights. I also understand that I am entering in to a contract with the Event organiser and not UK Athletics Limited. 

Entries cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled. If we cancel the event (for any reason) you will receive a refund of the entry fee.  Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event will be limited to the refund as set out in these terms and conditions.  We will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than caused as a result of our negligence or other breach of statutory duty.

I declare that I am an amateur under the current Association of Running Club Rules and Laws and will abide by the ARC Rules.  I accept that the race is organized as a foot race and confirm that I will not enter this race unless I am 16 years or older on the day of the race and I am fit to do so.  I accept that I take part in this race at my own risk and will not hold the organisers of this event responsible for any injury, loss or damage that might arise as a result of my participation in this event.  I accept the one hour cut-off time at Hound Tor.
