I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I agree to abide by the rules of the event and to observe the Country Code at all times. I have sufficient knowledge, experience, equipment and navigational skills to take part in a long distance walk in all conditions. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that may cause undue concern or inconvenience to others. I confirm that I participate at my own risk and that no liability is accepted by the organisers for injury, damage or loss sustained by me before, during or after the event.

If dogs are allowed on the event and I am walking with a dog I confirm that my dog is covered by Third Party Liability Insurance, and that I will keep it under control at all times.

I understand that the personal information submitted on this entry form will be held by the event organisers for up to three years after the event is held for the purposes of managing this event only. I accept that photographs are likely to be taken at the event, which may be featured in Strider magazine, group newsletters, on LDWA websites and on LDWA social media. In addition, I understand that my name, age band, sex, distance covered and time recorded may be published immediately and may be held in perpetuity for the purposes of providing a record of the event. I will have the right to request that all my personal Summary Information be anonymised but not removed.
