DISCLAIMER:- I agree that I participate in the event at my own risk. I understand that I'm responsible for ensuring that I've undertaken the necessary preparation and training to participate in the event, that I'm sufficiently fit and healthy to participate and that I'll comply with all relevant UK goverment and local (English Tiers, Wales, Scotland & N. Ireland) COVID laws and guidelines. I understand if that I've a medical condition that would cause doubt on whether I can participate in the event, then I will not do so unless I've sought medical advice to confirm my fitness to participate. I'll abide by the Countyside Code and understand that the Long Distance Walkers Association will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, action, cost, expense, claim, injury, illness and in worst case scenario, death suffered as a result of my participation. On entering the event, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury, accident, costs, expenses, damages, losses and any other liabilities which may occur while I'm travelling to and from the event and during the event.

PRIVACY NOTICE:- I understand that the personal information submitted as part of this entry form will be held by the event organisers for a period of up to seven years after the event is held for the purposes of managing this event only.

I further understand that photographs are likely to be taken at the event,which may be featured in 'Strider' magazine, group newsletters or on LDWA websites and on LDWA social media. In addition, I understand this will be held in perpetuity and I've the right to request deletion where it's physically possible for the LDWA to do so.

I understand that my personal data may be published immediately and may be held in perpetuity for the purposes of providing a record of the event. I've the right to request that all my personal data be anonymised or removed where it's possible for the LDWA to do so.
