I have read Swaledale Outdoor Club's marathon data privacy policy and give consent for my personal data to be held and used by Swaledale Outdoor Club in accordance with that policy.

I agree to abide by the rules made by the organisers of the event and to follow the Country Code. I accept that the organisers cannot be held responsible, or liable for any accident or injury sustained by me or any property lost by me during the event. I accept that it is my responsibility to ensure that I remain on the agreed described route at all times.

No money will be returned on cancellation.
