The GAP Team Enduro

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them. I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.

I understand and agree that I participate in this event entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe. I agree that no liability what so ever shall attach to the Promoter, Promoting Club, Race Sponsor, Cycling Ireland, any Sub-Committee of Cycling Ireland, any Race Official or any Member of the Promoting Club in respect of injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event, however caused.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

GAP MTB events are held under Cycling Ireland event regulations and as such all participants must be members of Cycling Ireland.

I understand a full refund less booking fee will be issued if the event is cancelled due to Covid-19 but that there will be strictly no refunds under any other circumstance unless Refund Protect is selected during purchase.

Covid-19 waiver

1. Social Distancing & group size: I agree to abide by all Social Distancing guidelines, maximum group sizes issued from the Department of Health when training and completing this event.
2. Distance from home: I agree to abide by advised travel distances from my home when training and completing this event.
3. Self Assessment: I have completed the Self Assessment questionnaire and agree not to attend this event if I answered yes to any of the questions.

I also agree the above on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these items and have agreed them.
