By entering this event, you therefore agree and abide by the rules of this event. You enter the race at your own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to yourself, prior to, during or after the event. The organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require. Please note that the Race Director reserves the right to delay, cancel, or suspend the race due to inclement weather. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Please note, your entry and number is individual to you and is non-refundable. Where possible, we will try and accommodate the transfer of numbers providing we are contacted no less than TWO weeks before race day. Competitors using someone else's number can have serious consequences in the event of a medical emergency. The accuracy of the race results is also affected when competitors are placed in the wrong event, age or sex category. Any competitor using someone else's number will be disqualified.

Entering a race is a binding commitment, and runners who cannot make the race for any reason, including travel arrangements and injury, will not be refunded. 

By taking part, all participants confirm that they are happy for their names and any footage or photographs taken during their participation to be used to publicise any St Helens Strider event.
