  1. All participants enter this event at their own risk.
  2. Highway code to be followed at all times.
  3. Please wear Hi-viz or bright coloured clothing.
  4. Walk facing traffic when on the road.
  5. Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
  6. Bring suitable clothing and footwear for a 10 mile mixed terrain route.
  7. All off road sections will be waymarked.
  8. Be aware of other road users at all times.
  9. When in the Pubs, be polite and courteous at all times, you are representing a local running club.
