Punk Panther's North Leeds Greenway Trail Race & Ultramarathon

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering into this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these Terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards.  I am aware that the function of the Marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the Promoter, Promoting Business or Marshals in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

We offer Refund Protect. When paying for your entry you will be given the opportunity to protect yourself against not being able to run for numerous reasons including injury, public transport failure, airline failure, mechanical breakdown, jury service, court summons,  home emergency, armed forces and emergency services recall, adverse weather, work relocation, Government travel restrictions, full terms and conditions can be found here. This is optional and costs you and additional 7.5%. This covers you for personal cancellation when the race still goes ahead.

In addition to the above we offer the following. If you pull out of an event for ANY reason, you are entitled to an 80% refund provided the race is not full and the Early Bird Deadline has not passed. After the early bird deadline, we will not offer any refunds. However, until the race closes we will allow you to transfer your entry to another runner or another race (the latter ONLY if the race you are transferring FROM is not full). When race entries close the only option is to transfer your entry to someone else.  This must be done via Punk Panther Endurance Events Limited as we need to know the full details of who you are transferring your entry to.

Please note that in addition to the above we do not offer personal injury insurance or income protection, your participation in our events is on the understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any injuries or loss of income that may result from taking part in one of our events. If you require this additional level of cover, you must organise it yourself.

Included in the Terms is your agreement to abide by the following rules, failure to do so may result in time penalties or disqualification at the discretion of the Race Directors.
