I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, reserving IBEX MULTI-DAY the right to exclude from the contracted service, any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other legal actions that could be taken.

2. The deposit fee is not refundable or transferable.

3. In compliance with the regulations of Spanish data protection legislation (Law 15/1999 of December 13). We inform you that you by registering you authorize the IBEX MULTI-DAY Organizers (Ultra Trail Spain) to collect your personal data for the use solely of processing your race entry. Likewise, those registered expressly give the Organizers the right to use their name, surname, category and results obtained. And similarly, to communicate the data provided to us to be included in automated files to be shared with relevant organizations (for example, medics in case of medical information). We also inform you that you can exercise your access rights at any time, correction, and cancellation in the terms provided in the Law, by means of a letter addressed to 'Ultra Trail Spain (IbexMultiDay.com)' Cl/ Al Andalus 10, Moclin, 18247 Granada, Spain or sending an email to 'info@IbexMultiDay.com'.

4. By completing this registration form, you are requesting to participate in the selected IBEX MULTI-DAY race; by accepting the regulations of the competition, by exempting the Organizers from liability, and agreeing that you meet the established conditions of participation. The personal data that you fill in on this form will be delivered to the event organization. It will be used exclusively for the purposes of delivering the event.  

REFUND, TRANSFER & DEFERRAL POLICY

Refund / Transfer: If the race is full, and if there is an official waiting list in operation, we will happily refund your balance payment(s), upon receipt of the new participant's deposit. Please note, refunds will incur a 10 euro transaction fee.

Deferral: Any participant may defer their entry to the next year's event once. We will gladly defer your balance payment(s) to the next year's race entry.

Please note, due to pre-event planning and logistics, we cannot facilitate refunds, transfers or deferrals closer than 30 days before the start of the race.
