Shepshed Seven

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

 I am medically fit to run and understand that I run at my own risk and that the organizers will in no way be responsible for any loss or damage to property. I accept the information given can be used for the purpose of organizing the race and producing a results list containing limited information.

 I confirm that I will abide by the event COVID measures as below:

Before the race

• Do not attend the race if you have any Covid symptoms, have tested positive or are isolating due to track and trace
• Continue to observe social distancing

Race Start

• There will be a rolling start with faster runners at the front and slower runners towards the back to minimise congestion and overtaking on the course
• Results will be based on chip time to enable a rolling start that can maintain social distancing
• Please listen carefully to the announcer and marshals as you are moved to the start line

During the race

• When overtaking on the course, please allow at least 1 meter around other runners
• No spitting at any time
• Spectators may attend but should spread out around the course and should maintain social distancing

After the race

• Avoid any close contact with others. No high-fives, handshakes or hugging.
• Awards ceremony – to be decided nearer the time, results and prizes may be announced and distributed after race day
• Please leave the site promptly
• Contact the race organisers at Shepshed7@gmail.com if you test positive for COVID within one week of the event
