Wildest Peaks Trail Run

I understand that this race is held in accordance with the rules, regulations and safety requirements of UK Athletics http://www.britishathletics.org.uk/governance/ plus those of Dark & White Events. I confirm that I am aware of the organiser’s information and requirements in connection with this race. I accept the hazards involved in trail running and acknowledge that I am entering and running this race at my own risk. Other than the organiser’s liability for causing death or personal injury by negligence, I confirm that I understand that the organiser accepts no liability to me for any loss or damage of any nature to myself or my property arising out of my participation in this race.

Please note when entering that this event is a high level/moorland run in North Derbyshire in January so there is potential for not only cold/wintry weather but also the possibility that bad weather conditions may mean the event has to be postponed. We will do our very best to put the event on but we won't compromise runners safety under any circumstances. Should we postpone the event all entries will automatically be transferred over to a new date; in the event that the new date is unsuitable for anybody then we will provide a credit for the amount of the entry fee and put it towards another Dark & White event. For this event, because of the time of year and the circumstances, we are sorry but we are unable to provide any refunds of entry fees at any time. I understand by ticking this box that I acknowledge that this is one of the terms of entry.
