Clowne Half Marathon and Fun Run

Upon entering the event, I declare that I understand and agree with the following statements:

* The Half Marathon, Fun Run and associates cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or injury to myself, or any other party, however arising, or for any property lost or damaged.

* I am medically fit, and understand I enter this event at my own risk.

* I will be over the age of 17 years old on race day for the Half Marathon event.

* The race is governed by UKA rules and the wearing of headphones is not permitted (other thanbone conducting headphones).

* Failure to adhere to the UKA rules will result in removal from the race.

* The race has a cut off time of 3hrs 30mins and if I cannot remain on course to finish the race within the cut off time, then I will be asked to withdraw.

* In the unfortunate cancellation of the event through circumstances beyond the control of the race organisers, I understand and accept the rules and terms of the entry including that there will be no refund of race fees.

* If for any reason I am unable to take part in the event, my place cannot be deferred. My number can be transferred to another competitor, however any transferals of entrants must be completed before 07/11.2021.

* If transferring my place, the hoody size cannot be guaranteed for my replacement participant if transferring after the closing date of 28/10/2021.
