Race on the Chase

I accept the following terms for my own entry and also take full responsibility for accepting the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.

I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards. 

I declare that I will not compete in the race unless I am medically fit on the day of the race and that, in any event, I will compete at my own risk.

I accept that the event organisers, sponsors, partners, marshals will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my participation of the event.

I am aware that the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe.

I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the event organiser, their staff the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s) or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

I also hereby give my permission to the event organiser to use my name, quotes, video and photographic likeness for marketing and promotional purposes

I agree to follow all current guidelines for C19 prevention, such as social distancing, and not racing if there is any chance of carrying the C19 virus such as temperature, loss of taste/smell.

And finally I fully understand and accept that entry fees are non refundable.
