Bude Pirate Run

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

DATA PROTECTION - By entering this race you are hereby giving Bude Rats permission to retain your personal details and be able to contact you with relevant information with regard to this race. You agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not limited to) name, any club, affiliation, race times, occupation and age.  
DECLARATION: I understand that while the organisers will make every reasonable effort to ensure my safety, I accept the risks involved and they will not be responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage suffered by me whilst participating in this event. I further declare that I will be medically fit, over 17 years of age on the date of the event and abide by the ARC rules for this event.
