Open Water Introduction Sessions

I understand that participating in this swim course is potentially hazardous, and that I should not  participate unless I am medically able and properly trained.
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am travelling to or from the course, during the course, or while I am on the premises of the swim course.

There will be no refunds unless the course is full and we have a waiting list.  In the case of a refund being given with a waiting list, there will be a small admin fee to cover our costs.

If this course is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. The organisers will offer entrants a 'credit note' for use as payment or part payment for another SleekerSwim session or transfer to the next available/suitable course. We will do our best to reschedule within a few weeks of the course. If we are required to postpone/cancel the course, our liability will be limited to a full credit/refund of the course fees paid, under no circumstances will we be responsible for any further loss.

If the Introduction courses need to be postponed/cancelled due to extended/additional lockdown restrictions from the government due to COVID-19 - all entries will automatically transfer to another course (date to suit swimmer), or a credit. We will reschedule the course as soon as restrictions are lifted. There will be no refunds in this case as COVID -19 is not covered under the Cancellation policy.
