Welsh Enduro Series - R1 - Llanfyllin

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event including riders under 18 for whom I am the parent or guardian, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set out for this event, and understand and agree that I participate in this race entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards, and that I must ride in a manner which is safe to myself and others.  I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe.  I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the promoter, promoting club, race sponsor, land owner or any race official or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the race, however caused. I will participate in cycling competitions or events in a loyal or sporting manner. I will submit to disciplinary measures taken against me and will take any appeals and litigation to the authorities provided for. Subject to that reservation, I shall submit to any dispute that may arise exclusively to the courts.  I agree that I will adhere to all directions given by the race officials including Marshals, Stage Managers, Event Organisers, Medics, Land owners or any other official / individual / organisation / group / company involved with or at the event. I agree that I will read the pre-race email in full, and understand everything that has been noted.

I also accept that:

• Mountain biking is a dangerous activity and I ride at my own risk.
• My bike is correctly maintained and suitable for the trails.
• I must be aware of slower cyclists on track and ride with care whilst passing on track.

Stage Preview day - Saturday social ride out to check stages.

Don’t cycle alone - A friend watching out for you is a good plan. They do not have to ride the track but could watch out for you from the car park. Programme 07769270122 into your mobile in case of emergency.

• I have ridden similar steep, technical single track before.
• I am not aware of any medical condition which would preclude me riding the tracks.

I understand that:

• Mountain biking is a dangerous activity and I ride at my own risk.  In the event of an accident I acknowledge that the Welsh Enduro Series, and the landowners at Green Hall Farm will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from, or in connection with the Activities.
• I must wear an appropriate helmet to the required BS EN1078 standard which is correctly fitted.
• My bike is suitable for the trails.
• I must be aware of vehicles, walkers, and slower cyclists on site.
• I must ride with care when passing other people on track.
• I must obey all signs and instruction from staff.
