Entry Terms & Conditions

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them.  

Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Pedalhounds MTB Ltd and yourself.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Entry Cancellations
Refunds for each event can be processed up to 48 hours before the event. There will be an admin charge of -20% of the entry fee. If you would like to transfer your entry to a friend, or to another Pedalhounds race you will need to email the details to the event organizer. This need to be done 48 hours before the event.  For more details email pedalhounds@gmail.com

Event Cancellation
Pedalhounds MTB Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if circumstances beyond the control of the organiser should arise. This includes cancellation of event due to extreme weather, acts of God, violence, civil disobedience and war.

If the event is cancelled we will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred.

It is your responsibility to ensure the race is going ahead before travelling. We will do our best to inform you if the race has to be cancelled but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check our social media pages before making travel and accommodation arrangements.

If the event is cancelled we would endeavor to reschedule if possible, and transfer all entries to the new date. Please be aware that we may be unable to refund or part refund any entry fee. We are also may be unable to transfer your entry to another event.

Online Booking
Race entries will only be accepted by online booking, no entries will be accepted via phone or email.

Event Entry Declaration
I declare that I am eligible to enter this race and that the information on this form is complete and correct. 

I understand that I have to supply my own accidental injury insurance (not compulsory).

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set out for this event, and understand and agree that I participate in this race entirely at my own risk, that the bike I am racing is mine and that I am responsible for its upkeep and safety, that I am the only person riding the bike at the race, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards, and that I must ride in a manner which is safe to myself and others.  I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe.  I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the promoter, promoting club, race sponsor, land owner or any race official or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the race, however caused. I will participate in cycling competitions or events in a loyal or sporting manner. I will submit to disciplinary measures taken against me and will take any appeals and litigation to the authorities provided for. Subject to that reservation, I shall submit to any dispute that may arise exclusively to the courts.  I agree that I will adhere to all directions given by the race officials including Marshals, Stage Managers, Event Organisers, Medics, Land owners or any other official / individual / organisation / group / company involved with or at the event. I agree that I will read the pre-race email in full, and understand everything that has been noted.

• I will observe social distancing at all times, including keeping my distance from other participants, volunteers and members of the public.
• I will use hand sanitiser on arrival and departure.
• If I have symptoms of COVID-19 or I am living in a household with someone who has a possible or confirmed COVID-19 infection, or who has been asked to isolate by NHS Test and Trace I will not attend the event.
