I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I am aware that when riding in an event the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the event organiser or landowner in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I consent to publication of my name, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

Refunds and Transfers
If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation terms:

All entries can be transferred to another person. If this is not possible as a last resort a full refund will be offered minus an 8% admin fee. Refunds will be rewarded at the discretion of the organiser. Please note bad weather is not a reason for a refund!

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event if circumstances beyond the control of the organiser should arise. This includes cancellation of event due to extreme weather, acts of God, civil disobedience and war. The decision to cancel will be made no later than 48 hours before the event. If the event is cancelled we will refund the full price of your original booking. We will, however, not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred. It is your responsibility to ensure the race is going ahead before travelling. We will do our best to inform you if the race has to be cancelled but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you.
