Summer Solstice Starlight Swim

I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am traveling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am on the premises of the event.

There will be no refunds unless the Event is full and we have a waiting list.  In the case of a refund being given, there will be a small admin fee to cover our costs. Sorry there will be no refunds in the week before the event.  If we are required to cancel the event, our liability will be limited to a full refund of the event fees paid, under no circumstances will we be responsible for any further loss.

If this Event is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.  We will do our best to reschedule within a few weeks of the original event. If the swimmer cant make the new date - the organisers will offer entrants a 'credit note' for use as payment or part payment for another SleekerSwim event or session. If we are required to postpone/cancel the course, our liability will be limited to a full credit/refund of the course fees paid, under no circumstances will we be responsible for any further loss.

If the Event need to be postponed/cancelled due to extended/additional lockdown restrictions from the government due to COVID-19 - all entries will automatically transfer to the new event date. We will reschedule the event as soon as restrictions are lifted. There will be no refunds in this case as COVID -19 is not covered under the Cancellation policy.
