I agree and acknowledge that participation in or observation of event could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death.

I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk and warrants to Skibbereen & District Lions Cluband their Associates, that I am physically fit and able to complete and compete in this Adventure race event without risking any minor or serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death to myself or to others.

Furthermore, I hereby release Skibbereen & District Lions Club, Castlehaven GAA and their Associates, their Sponsors, Event Sponsors, Officials and Agents from any liability arising from my participation in this event.

I agree that Skibbereen & District Lions Club, Castlehaven GAA and their Associates their Sponsors, Event Sponsors, Officials and Agents shall not be, nor be deemed to be, responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap to myself or my property, sustained in, or arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with this event.

I will obey the rules of the event in full and comply with all instructions given.

I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event.

As 100% of your race entry fee is donated to charity entries are not transferrable to other races or events nor are refunds available under any circumstance. I consent to donating my entry fee to charity if the event cannot proceed due to circumstances outside the organisers control.

I understand that the event uses electronic timing equipment and that I will be invoiced €30 for non returned chips.
