Please note you are going mountain biking out in to exposed hills. It is vital your bike is in good mechanical order and a helmet MUST be worn at all times.

Please bring with you sufficient clothing, food water and bike spares and come prepared for mountain biking in the worst weather.

You must adhere to all signs, and please respect all land owners and possible other users on the hill. This is not a closed course and hikers, mountain bikers or farmers might be out. It is vital for the event to carry on annually that we respect everyone and leave the place as we find it.

Registration will open at 8.00 and close at 9.45. Event will start promptly at 10.00.
