Ben Nevis Race

I agree to abide by UK Athletics and BNRA Rules. (BNRA Rules are available at www.bennevisrace.co.uk)

I confirm that along with this Entry Form I have received a copy of the Ben Nevis Race Association Rules for Runners dated 1^st December 2011.    I accept the hazards inherent in running the Ben Nevis Race and acknowledge that I am entering and running this race at my own risk.   I confirm that I am aware of the Rules imposed on me by the race organisers and that I will comply with them.    I confirm I have read, and will comply with, the UK Athletic and Ben Nevis Race Association Rules.    I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for determining whether I have the skills, equipment and fitness to participate in the event.  I accept that the Ben Nevis Race Association shall not be liable to me for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of my participation in this race, other than in respect of death or personal injury as a result of their negligence.  

I declare that I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Rules. I am at least 18 years old on the 1st January 2022 and take part in the Race entirely at my own risk.
