The Cornish IMERYS Trail Marathon

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

DATA PROTECTION: The information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of race results, and identification for health and safety reasons. The information will only be available to members of the results team and appropriate race officials, and will not be passed to any other person or agency

DECLARATION: I understand that while the organisers make every effort to ensure my personal safety, they will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage by me during the race. I have read the Conditions of Entry on the website for this race and I understand and accept there are strict cut off times for this event. I am over 18 years of age.
